You know it baby.  And yet, they flock and flock and flock to it.

Still and all, the place isn't 169% all bad.  I give it maybe 125%...give or take a mere 2 to 3%.

Santa Monica's nice...Pasadena's ok...Studio City has its moments.  The south bay cities and beaches are actually quite decent.  But as for the rest...meh.  Overpriced clay and sand.
