China's new Deepseek AI just bitch-slapped the American tech sector. I am by no means a tech expert, less so when it comes to global politics, so I will leave the larger convo up to you guys, but I know a major pwning when I see it and this def it.

Making it open source when it is comparable in ability to Claude or openai is pretty ballsy, they could have made a lot money on it,now if it's proven out you'll have industry scrambling to move their systems to it and potentially making the other ai companies unprofitable
