Older guy, not quite all there upstairs.  Some kind of experiment or testing done 40 years ago, I assume on some form of psychoactive drug.  That's what I hear, anyway.  He's a nice enough guy, just talks to himself about things that seem very important to him.  Until today, he was in only one thread.

Hirley is a classic. He's the real thing. After a while, you start to get used to him. I'm going on 20 years of knowing the guy, and he's every bit as comprehensible in person... I've had beers with him. A delightful old gentleman, I must say.
