With something that can broadcast in that range, you can take the stream from one camera and use it to jam the stream of an entirely different camera.

In my city, there is a cable channel that shows the various traffic cams around the city (sometimes, not all the time, mostly in the morning, I think).  They also have a webpage so you can watch over the internets.

It would be cool to hack them somehow and superimpose Godzilla or some thing.
