GET OUT :crankey:

It's no use yelling, Nigel.  Just encourages them.

I will not have it.
"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

Rumckle

It's a building tool that can inflict horrendous damage.

If you're referring to Nigel's reaction, I'm assuming it is because she doesn't like coke and heroin addicts messing up her town.
It's not trolling, it's just satire.

Welcome Hangshai.

This is the Welcome Mat.

If you piss us off, it also serves as the Fuck Off Mat.

Which one it really means is up to you. Good luck and thanks for playing!
- So the New World Order does not actually exist?
- Oh it exists, and how!
Ask the slaves whose labour built the White House;
Ask the slaves of today tied down to sweatshops and brothels to escape hunger;
Ask most women, second class citizens, in a pervasive rape culture;
Ask the non-human creatures who inhabit the planet:
whales, bears, frogs, tuna, bees, slaughtered farm animals;
Ask the natives of the Americas and Australia on whose land
you live today, on whose graves your factories, farms and neighbourhoods stand;
ask any of them this, ask them if the New World Order is true;
they'll tell you plainly: the New World Order... is you!

No.  I understand a little about the reaction.  I mean, there is no way I can really try to get you to believe I was any different then any other dirtbag junkie at the square selling weed.

Who cares?  I think Nigel just wants to a) get you to leave Portland, or b) cause you grievous bodily harm with a nail gun.

Quote from: Hangshai on December 07, 2009, 01:40:04 AM
But, I am NOT trying to lay claim to being a discordian or anything like that.

Then what are you doing on a Discordian board?

Quote from: Hangshai on December 07, 2009, 01:40:04 AM
My first experience with ALL of this was when I was about 16, my friend had just gotten back from Albuquerque after a summer traveling after high school.  We were sitting on my lawn baked and he was telling me about Bob and Slack and Syncronycity, and the number 23.

In short, doin' it wrong.

Quote from: Hangshai on December 07, 2009, 01:40:04 AM
 We walked to the McDonalds and I bought a large soda, and it came out to 1.23.  Well, after that I was pretty much hooked.

You are aware that the rule of 5s is there to show you that people tend to MAKE UP patterns, or see synchronicity where there is only chance, right (or a mind-boggling amount of drugs), right?

Roaring Biscuit!

cut it some slack TiGGeR.

Everyone's gotta start somewhere, this one can at least string a sentence together and seems to already grasp that trying to tell discordians how to be Discordians is just gonna end badly.

edd,
good cop/bad cop -> its a classic for a reason.

1.  I AM being nice.  Nigel's the one that keeps grabbing for the nail gun.

2.  Since when do you get to give orders?

3.  You fucked the initials up.

Yeah, believe it or not, dispite how widely acclaimed RAW is in the discordian universe, most of us don't like him nearly as much as he would have liked you to believe.

Yeah, some of us think he's cool.
Many of us would not have discovered discordia had it not been for him.

But us, being the discordians that we are, take to heart that whole "Question everything and everyone" creedo, particularly those who happen to tell us that.

not sure why we're giving this one a hard time, yet.

I'm sure he'll do something to deserve it but I hate to jump the gun.

What the hell?  I AM being nice.

Jesus.

I catch more hell when I'm being nice than when I'm being me.
