I got my US Polo Association one at PayHalf last year when my Old Navy down coat shit the bed. It's a wee bit ghetto with it's rather bright goldtone zippers, but other than that it's all black and FUNCTIONAL. Huge collar that goes up around my neck and it's long enough to go over my butt, which is very important, because I hate my ass getting cold. It also has nice thick knit cuffs. It's seriously like the best $30 I ever spent. I have no idea what it's rated for, but I wore it quite a bit last year walking back and forth to work when I still lived at the Monastery down the hill in the ice across downtown when we had those really fucking cold days in the single digits and I felt fine. I actually feel TOO warm a lot wearing it if it's only in the 30s, so I feel like I got an incredible deal on this coat.

Unfortunately, I lost my convertible mittens.  I can't find them anywhere and I've had them now for like 5 years. I hope American Eagle still makes them, because the other ones you see in stores are not nearly as heavy duty, and I like my hands being WARM damnit! However, They suck for snowball fights.
