however, in case your friends are negligent, be sure to require at least one of them to buy you the traditional 21st birthday cement-mixer shot.

Also- guiness is shit.

I'm sorry. I just don't like it.

I'm spoiled.

The Delirium you mentioned earlier is a much better choice. I like the noël over the nocturnum, but the tremens is good as well

Awww remember the very first Daruko argument?
"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

What's a good, thick, heavy dark beer you'd recommend?

I might be able to get it seeing as a lot more stuff like that is available up here now.

EDIT: Actually a couple different one would be nice as I looked up Delirium and don't remember seeing a bottle like that anywhere.

Alty, if you can find Harviestoun Brewery's Old Engine Oil, it's well worth a try even though it's probably quite expensive to buy retail.

I'm almost positive it can't be found outside nor cal, but Devils Canyon is really really tasty beer.  Its not hoppy, medium thickness, honey flavored but not too sweet, maybe a bit wheaty tasting.  Very memorable.

Sir Squid Diddimus

Sorry, it was that Ascoe fella I think that mentioned Delirium.
Also ECH is correct. Old engine oil is excellent.
Also the terrapin wake n bake.
brooklyn chocolate stout is good.
old rasputin (they made a limited one called XII that was aged in bourbon barrels for about 9 months that is indescribably good),
brown suggah by lagunitas, hairy eyeball also by lagunitas,
oskar blues brewery makes one called ten fidy- very yum

to name a few

Drink purified spring water, and get yourself to bed by 10:00 pm.

Trust me, now that you can buy booze anywhere, it will be the only good night's sleep you'll have for the next 10 years.

I quit drinking altogether at 22 for 2 years, I was able to get served booze and get into clubs at 16 tho.

these days sometimes i drink a little, sometimes i drink enough to get a little past buzzed.

also get some b vitamins for before you go to bed if your gonna get sloshed. Marmite on Toast was always my hangover prevention/cure.
