It was terrible, and we were drunk. The bad kind of drunk. What made us think it was ok to have drank all that Joose? I remember it all, barely. Their was yelling and accusations. Threats and acts of defiance. In the end, all I could say was "Get out! Get the fuck out of my house!" and that was that. Your eyes full of tears as you turned your back to leave. As you walked away I looked into my hands and saw myself still clutching your scarf. I tried to give it to you, but you would allow nothing to stop your over choreographed storming-out. So, now it just sits here.

I haven't been home much since then. I needed some fresh air, some fresh faces, something to make things feel a little less grey. When I awoke this morning I was greeted by the sight of your scarf. Looking at it, I got to thinking. This deep thought lead to a sense of longing.
A longing for you.

To come pick up your shit.

That was great!

My ex tried to use my place as a storage unit for a while.

So I got a dumpster.
"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

All that and a Jim Croce song.  Nicely done.

"Billy, when I say that ethics is our number one priority and safety is also our number one priority, you should take that to mean exactly what I said. Also quality. That's our number one priority as well. Don't look at me that way, you're in the corporate world now and this is how it works."

Some yahoo yelled at me, saying 'GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH', and I thought, "I'm feeling generous today.  Why not BOTH?"
