Great, now I'm seeing that.  The nose ring makes it particularly bizarre.

The Wizard

In meatspace, people are either amused or afraid of me due to my antics. Here though, I think I might be one of the more mild folks.
Insanity we trust.

Freeky

I am as nice and unassuming IRL as I am here. And more boring. :x

Dysfunctional Cunt

I'm not all that different. I don't have many friends, spend most of my freetime with my kids.  We sticker, bookstore and cookie gasm together.  But let's be honest how risky are most of the memes we use yanno?

Requia ☣

IRL people are convinced I'm some kind of saint who would never lie or do bad things.

I don't know *why* they think that, but I haven't corrected them.

Wait, siggy is Felix?

Why the hell doesn't anyone tell me this shit?

I wondered too, but then I saw the 8000+ postcount. The easiest way to figure it out is to open the profile page, go to the last (oldest) page of their posts and open up a thread where they reply to a post in which they are quoted. The name in the quote box doesn't change when they change their screenname.

Still annoying but at least you now have a way to figure these things out.

Thanks, ECH.

I actually am pretty sure I say about the same kinds of things, and I know for sure that I swear like a drunken fisherman, but body language changes everything.

I adhere to a strict policy of What You See Is What You Get.

The only difference is that I fear real, live people more/tend to say things that make them back away slowly more IRL.

ETA: I blame THEM for that though.

No matter what else I change, I probably won't change my Holy NameTM, unless I am issued a revised version.

IRL I'm a spectator. I watch fucked up shit going down and most of it makes me laugh. And occasionally someone will stop me and ask what I'm laughing at and sometimes I'll tell them, just to see the horrified expression slither across their face like a stroke and know that I put it there.

I'm pretty nasty IRL but, then again, I have a lot of friends who like me. Not all of them are people who laugh at the same things I do. Some of them I feel compelled not to expose to that side of me, simply because they're "nice" and I can't get past the feeling that this is some kind of character flaw or weakness I have - I really ought to hate "nice" people but I can't bring myself to.

I'm up to my arse in Brexit Numpties, but I want more.  Target-rich environments are the new sexy.

Yes?

Do you IRL also start fights with the regulars at your favourite hangout place when one of your friends they don't know barges in entering people's normal conversations with a most annoying ridiculous high pitched voice, and is asked if he could please use a normal tone of voice because then we would be perfectly happy to talk to him?

Do you IRL also, without any warning whatsoever, act as if you suddenly got possessed by five different random personalities, and ask your friends to continue treating you as if nothing is out of the ordinary? Then, when they act confused and some of them annoyed, start screaming at them, and a few moments later condescendingly laugh in their faces about how funny it was to see them get all worked up about it?

Because, well, it seems to me you don't treat friends online with the same kind of respect as you do IRL, unlike you just claimed.

You're fucking adorable!  :D  That's what you're like IRL.  (I had breakfast with BAI last year, Folks, he's really the bees' knees.)

I am well, pretty much what I am on here, more polite to begin with, not so much once I uh "warm up."
