Well that is good.  There are several villains to this piece, starting with the hospital that clearly hired a kook because they were too lazy to find another doctor that actually practices medicine and not witch doctoring.  Then of course the crazy fucking MD himself, who should probably jailed and fined wthin an inch of his life, and then the sheriff for being a total choad.
