I like the idea of Blind Werewolf though, wherein the wolves don't know the identity of each other at first.

Okay.

Wolves don't know each others' identities.  Wolf kills on wolves never work.  Wolf kills on villagers work 2/3rds of the time.  Other than that, basic game.

If anyone takes the time to work out the ramifications of that, you'll see that it removes the werewolves' advantages.

However, either we add twins or we get rid of the psychic.

Psychics add just enough certainty to make for really dramatic plays, so I'm for keeping them.
