If the pay cut won't put you out on the street, I think you should go for it. The relief from stress will free you to work on other projects if you need supplemental income.

"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

THIS THIS THIS THIS

and you can't buy a new back!

and and you said the new job will have VARIATION and OPPORTUNITIES and STUFF

and your current job sounds horrible, sorry to say it, but so get something else and you be great! and also what Dok said, don't worry about the socks. I will send you socks. We will all send you socks. But what about when your kid needs you and your back is all broken and horrible.

So I was formally introduced to our one trainee today.
She's almost through with her learning session and should be on the floor encoding soon.

There will be another class starting soon that consists mostly of people from r&d who want to be operators, so they pretty much know what they're doing. This is a good chance for me to kind of get my bearings since I'm already comfortable with them and most of the things I'll be teaching them will be little tips and tricks to increase their speed and whatnot.

Then comes two classes back to back with people who've either never stepped foot in a bank or have some experience.

So I'm easing into it one step at a time, have lots of literature and classes to take for certification and stuff. I think I'm going to enjoy this so much more than being an operator.

When I left for work today I didn't feel like shooting myself in the face just to get out of it.
All in all, even if I lose a little money, I think I'm gonna be a lot happier.

Nice  :)

Hey squiddy, good luck with your new thang!

I should have bailed from my last job a long time ago, and then I went kinda nuts. I'd choose health over apparent monetary wealth any day of the week.
