I doubt it.  The Pentagon has been pissed at Wikileaks for about two years straight now - I suspect their efforts have stepped up notch mostly because Wikileaks had shut down due to a lack of cash, only now Iceland was stepping in to help them cover their operating funds, making them much more independent and potentially dangerous (from the Pentagon POV, obviously).
