The fact that it happened in Martinsville doesn't suprise me that much. That place is a shit hole. The kid probably didn't deserve to be tased though. If an officer can't take down a 10 year old without resorting to the taser then he shouldn't be an officer.

More and more, I think officers are mandated to slap the shit out of people and tase them.  But that might be my cynical, jaded side rearing its ugly head again.

Could be worse, could be Riverside fucking County, CA, and they'd just OPEN FIRE on the preschool.  You know, to keep the peace.
