there is still the possibility that they only picked channels with a large amount of users? only way to be sure is to ask if one of the other popular channels on maddshark got it. you can type /list to get a list of all channels [which usually floods your client on a larger network, but maddshark only has like 20 channels or so, AFAICR].

Possible but unlikely.  I don't recall Hal mentioning any other channels being targeted.

yeah, #discord was the only channel affected or targeted, and the only users pm spammed were those active in #discord.
