Yeah, sounds like a "come to Jesus" meeting with her about her dog is necessary, given how neurotic SHE is (let alone the poor animal she keeps as a pet).

That's best idea yet. A shame you don't have the time to invest in her training. Like locking her in a tiny cupboard for 18 hours a day, and feeding her by pushing scraps under the door. Let her out in the yard (In the hours of darkness) for 6 hours in every 24, so she doesn't stink the house up. Six months of that, and she may have an idea of the responsibility involved in being responsible for another creature.

But keep her in an electroshock collar for another 3 months probationary period. Not for any kind of "training", just for shits & giggles.
