Batty Kissinger

From Nuthouse to Castle by Eddy Haymour.

The Author bought an island in Lake Okanagan called Rattlesnake and tried to develop it into a theme park. The plans were shut down by the government, and Haymour, frustrated to the point of madness, got together some of his family members in Lebanon and took the Canadian embassy there hostage with submachine guns. One of the most bizarre true stories I've ever read. Not sure if it fits, but it's amusingly bizarre to belong in any collection of mindfuckery.
Blue potatoes are ungainly things
As are red and purple lamb chops
Yet when we eat and creep and fall
We never ask a silent question. --Racter
