I kind of wish I had some cucumber as well.
:lmnuendo:

:lulz: Trust me, I'm not currently interested in THAT kind of cucumber. Maybe because I haven't slept since Thursday night.

Some meals I've made in the last week.

Chicken stir fry with bok choy over brown rice.

Salmon with dill sauce and carrots with honey mustard dressing.

I had no idea that honey mustard dressing is the easiest thing ever to make.

Seriously, there's nothing special about the atypical grilled cheese and tomato soup, especially with those ingredients, but it's just too damn GOOD.

For a cold, wet, dreary day, nothing beats tomato soup and grilled cheese. Or homemade potato soup with crusty bread.

I am excited because tonight Mr. Language takes me out to Ethiopian. :)

Probably leftovers.  :P  I'm over leftovers.

I am reverting to my Mormon roots and making the following comfort food:

1 chicken breast
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

combine and bake

serve over white rice with shredded cheddar cheese.

That actually sounds really damn good.

I ordered a pizza. :( I shouldn't have, but I was hungry and needed something hot and fast.

Actually yeah...so is it boneless chicken breast? And you bake it in a Pyrex or something? I should try this.

We're making turkey-and-green-bean casserole, sorta on a variation of most any recipe you find online with that in it.  Except we don't have the condensed mushroom soup, so we're "wingin'" that part of it.
