Several times a month, I will be in a store aisle reaching for something and feel a hand going up the inside of my thigh. Since he apparently turned into a God-Emperor, only distinctly more lame when compared with the likes of the Pharaohs, Caesars or Warhammer 40K Emperor.  So, uh, the 60s?
