A federal audit of $9.1 billion targeted for reconstruction in Iraq cannot account for more than 95 percent of it, a federal report said Tuesday.

Oh, but didn't you hear?  The statute of limitations ran out on blaming shit on the Bush era.   I had to laugh when I saw Fux News and their bobbleheads crowing about "it's all Obama's mess now"...

LMNO

But of course, they wouldn't dream of letting him bring the troops home.

Jenne

No no, it's entirely unsafe for us to do so.  Entirely.

LOL

You aren't shocked?

I have a hard time being shocked by much at all, anymore.  It seems like all the real news is ripping off the Onion, except it's not meant to be funny.

This.
"I dispose of obsolete meat machines.  Not because I hate them (I do) and not because they deserve it (they do), but because they are in the way and those older ones don't meet emissions codes.  They emit too much.  You don't like them and I don't like them, so spare me the hysteria."

Cain

Its not unaccounted for at all.

Everyone in the casinos of Manila and Dubai knows where the cash is...namely whereever stocky Americans in dark glasses are betting the limit at the table.

This very real possibility makes my head want to explode.

I tried, but "losing track" of almost 9 billion dollars is too funny.

:lulz:

Sigmatic is right, it's exactly like an Onion story.
