If you put a couple of anchovies in the pan with some oil and the chilis, and gently heat it, the anchovy will melt, and take on a completely different tone.  Add the tofu, okra, and tomatoes with some stock, and that will make a nice soup, especially if you add some aromatics and herbs.  Then you can make the usweetened coco popcorn as a garnish.

As the okra cooks in the stock, the snot turns into a thickening agent, giving a really good consistency.
