Worth1K Shoop Tournament, round 2: Ghost Ren with September invention twist (like srsly!)

Take a famous renaissance artwork, remove the main figure by cloning the background then "ghost" them back in. Entry also must feature a famous thing what was invented in september. I give you the hypodermic injecty-needle device made by proto-junkie Anacleto Montero Sanchez on September 27th 1977
