Several times a month, I will be in a store aisle reaching for something and feel a hand going up the inside of my thigh. I disagree with HFLS.  Some of the parts of 4ch is where I can plug into the insane, retarded, brutal, inhuman part of my sense of humor that can't be accommodated by normative society.
