QuoteI can't thank Amazon enough for keeping this great work of literature up for those of us with "special tastes." The instructions and images in the guide were extremely insightful and led to a wonderful experience for both myself and my partner. Thank you for protecting free speech, Amazon!

Glittersnatch would be a rather unfortunate condition, if a halfway decent troll name.

There's a link you can click on if you have an account where you can tell them the content is offensive. I made one just to send a message to customer service about it.

Amazon's Response:

"Let me assure you that Amazon.com does not support or promote hatred or criminal acts; we do support the right of every individual to make their own purchasing decisions."

"Amazon.com believes it is censorship not to sell certain titles because we believe their message is objectionable."

I agree, but it still freaks me out.

THIS... I seriously hope this was written by someone doing a psychological experiment to see how far they could stretch the first amendment. However, I fear that is not the case. Though the author's description seems so absurd that I hope its an experiment

Quote"This is my attempt to make pedophile situations safer for those juveniles that find themselves involved in them, by establishing certian rules for these adults to follow. I hope to achieve this by appealing to the better nature of pedosexuals, with hope that their doing so will result in less hatred and perhaps liter sentences should they ever be caught. "

Same.

Reminds me of that former nurse that was talking people into suicide.  I still think it should count under free speech, but holy shit is it creepy.

Whatever

Aside from the given that this is absolutely disgusting.  I put kiddie fiddlers right at the top of the scum of the scum list, but...

I wonder if an argument cannot be made against selling instructions on how to commit a felony.  Free speech or no.

Cain

It can't.

Paladin Press, for example, is built on selling books teaching people how to commit illegal acts, or acquire skills which would be of use to a criminal (often badly, it must be said).

Nope, speech is protected, only acts are illegal.

You would think someone (like the government) would have found some type of loophole.  But then again, they only fuck with the constitution if it is to their benefit right?

"The government" or at least the police, are the main distributers of child pornography, currently.

The TSA is doing a bang up job of it, too.  Turns out the screwy pervs are saving backscatter images to disk and then exporting them.
