Yeah, sounds good.  Do you know a good place?  I think that's not decided yet.

I don't really know where everyone else is in the city (except for Nigel), but I'm voting in favor of somewhere on the east side of the river.

I live about 30-40 blocks east of Nigel and Sig, but I have a car, so I'm up for just about anywhere.

I was thinking we might as well leave the location up to those who have to go by foot/bike/Trimet.

So far it looks like everybody is east of the river. I'd say we should meet at the Slingshot Lounge, but I dunno if people wanna drive all the way to Foster-Powell.

Other suggestions:

Starky's -  SE Stark & 30th. Fabulous Bear bar with STRONG drinks.
Jolly Roger - conveniently located on 12th, right near the Hawthorne food cart cluster.
Bowling Alley - all over the place. Cheap beer, cheap entertainment, funny-looking shoes.
DV8 - Depressed strippers and $2 Busch beers! And I only have to walk 3 blocks to get home!
Tik Tok - 82nd Ave, just north of Powell. This is, so far, absolutely the most consistently horrormirthy place I've found in PDX.

I'm walking distance from the Slingshot. And it's right on Foster so it's pretty easy to get to by transit if anyone needs to.

I live on the west side (ye gods, not for much longer I hope), but I expected to have to transit.

Johnny Brainwash lives @ 20ish and Burnside, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him for a couple of days.

I'm hitting the road tomorrow. Going I-84 to I-80 as far as Ohio, final route from there to Maine will be mostly weather-dependent.

Leaving Maine on Feb. 16th to drive back to Oregon with a little more time and flexibility in route, so remember to hit me up if you wanna have some beers!
