Meeting went down this morning.

To make it interesting, non-counselor brought her supervisor to the shin-dig.

My read on the meeting was, "Hey why fix what ain't broke?"

Uh, but it kinda is broke. 

"Oh, well the drug counselor is new and you know, it takes time for people to get used to and aware of new stuff.  Sometimes it can take years!"

Uh, so let's fucking kick it up a notch maybe?

"Oh, but other school systems have these problems too.  It's nothing unique to our area"

Yeah, well, maybe we could at least strive to be on top of the dung heap instead of mired in the middle of it?

"You want me to keep data to track my job?  Well...o-kay if I have to."

It's kind of alarming that you aren't keeping data to track your job.  I mean, people are kind of supposed to be accountable for their jobs.  This isn't rocket science folks!

Whatever, at least my daughter isn't going to be growing up in this particular school system.
