My suggestion, and it MAY NOT BE A GOOD ONE?
Purchase some copper sulphate, which can be bought at a feed store or farm store.

Find out what strength solution is safe to apply to human skin, and swab yourself in it every few hours.
Spot test it first, to make sure you aren't going to react to it, and it's not going to burn.

You might also use a small amount and do a bath soak.

...I was trying to find copper sulphate hoof liniment, but it's only sold overseas.
