Damn he was actually favorite male wrestler.

Luckily I got to see him live back in Toronto when I was kid.
Through me the way to the city of woe, Through me the way to everlasting pain, Through me the way among the lost.
Justice moved my maker on high.
Divine power made me, Wisdom supreme, and Primal love.
Before me nothing was but things eternal, and eternal I endure.

I don't do wrestling. EVAR.

It was never about the wrestling, Charlie.

IT WAS ABOUT RANDY "MACHO MAN" SAVAGE!   :x

Does knowing who Andre the Giant was redeem me?

Only if you can quote from "The Princess Bride...."

thawha?

Is quoted all the time. You must see.

THREAD IS NOT ABOUT THE PRINCESS BRIDE.  THREAD IS THE OBIT FOR RANDY "MACHO MAN" SAVAGE.

:crankey:
Okay. Macho Man Randy Savage, the better half of a tag team with Hulk Hogan (called the Mega Powers I think?), the flying elbow, and his abysmal yet hilarious rap album released in the early 90s. Also pretty kick ass when he was Macho King Randy Savage.

I have no problem with that. Maybe they will all kill themselves today.

Ah, fuck.

Kind of glad I didn't hear about this today, it would've put a kink in the fun over the weekend.

Saw him live a few times, back in the day, always a good show.

I like the Luna one. She is a good one.

We still have his brother Lanny.

I remember when he (and his brother) used to wrestle in the CWA, which was the main wrestling circuit here in Tennessee when I was a kid. I want to say they operated out of Memphis.

Today is indeed a sad day for us all.
