"geil" can be used as "horny", but in this case it means "awesome". it often does.
"ober", "affen" and "titten" all individually make the meaning of "geil" stronger.

I'm not fluent. I can read it okay, I can understand it to a point as long as people speak clearly, but I stumble on responses. My last semester of study wasn't that great and we spent pretty much the whole thing watching Im Juli bit by bit and barely touched the book, so I think I lost progress. :(
