Actually the company has another ship that operates in the Gulf of Maine and I'm lucky enough to not ever have to be on that rusty pigbucket. The ship I'm on ports in Portsmouth, VA, a lovely little place known to generations of mariners as "Shit City".

Well in all fairness, Portsmouth is slightly less awful. Mostly by virtue of being a little smaller. And of at least being on the correct side of the James River, if not the Elizabeth.
