Cracked has an open submissions policy.  dunno if their compensation plan is any good or not but I know some of you guys could be pretty successful with them.

I've been signed up as a writer for ages now, I just haven't managed to find the time to write a decent article.  Though, they have their new "quick fix" section which I might take a stab at.
