i may have paraphrased that badly. but there was definitely the combination of church and state involved. according to the ancient secret ruler deal thing of freemasonry, the two pillars of civilization are church and state, seperate yet each pwoerful adn contributing to an orderly society in their own ways.

Well, what evidence is there of the existence of an actual "Jesus"? I find some merit in the possibility that he was a creation of his followers.
