I personally felt Count Zero was the best of the three in most regards.

Mona Lisa Overdrive was kind of disappointing to me. It did have some bits that I felt were some of the best among the three, but it really felt like there was a well done but very incomplete story and Gibson just threw in some filler to pad it out and connect the good scenes together.
