I thought that was just my webbernets. Sometimes I use too much of my Sprint "Unlimited Data" plan and they throttle me back down to 1x speed for the rest of the month. I blame Al Gore and the #OWS movement.

If we had only Conservatives in office, it would be a truly FREE MARKET and the Lib'ruls wouldn't be able to pass laws that force corporations to have to tell lies and recoup expenses to keep themselves out of the poorhouse.
