Don't stress it unless it actually becomes a problem. I had room for all of mine, as did many other people I know. I think the whole "getting your wisdom teeth pulled is mandatory" thing is kind of a scam, though there are undoubtedly people who actually do need it done.

Yeah.  The pain passed almost entirely today and when I skipped my consultation the dentist herself actually called back to leave a long message in a very serious, "you'll regret this!" tone, that the pain will come back.  But she sounded angry, so it seemed odd.

They are all coming in perfectly sideways though, and my teeth aren't spaced out at all.  If they push much further in, they're out.

I didn't get mine pulled until one of them was impacted (circa 2005? 2006?) And then I had all of them out in a go. When they need to come out, you'll wake up knowing when your gums are swollen and you start talking funny. So, assuming it was 05, I had my wisdom teeth for about 6 years before they became a problem.
