He stole a Comissar's hat and performed acts on the local grocery's dairy case that would make an ork blush.  He was wearing leather spats that went to his nipple line, and claimed it was the ancient earth ritual of the "Chi-Chi".  (Ministorium has linked this to either the runes from an extinct method of writing and scientific/mathematic notation, or (what we assume to be) early slanesshi cults)
