Does anyone around here have the time to take requests for images to put in Discordian literature? I'm going to be looking for some very specific weird things, and it would be a lot easier to just ask than to try to find existing art and beg for permission.

I got a bunch of dadaesque WOMPs sitting somewhere.

You are truly the master of surreal WOMPs.
"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

I'm looking for black and white line art stuff. First on the block: a very traditional, happy smiling fairy holding a chainsaw. I can shoop things together just fine, it's the hand drawing that fucks me over.

Triple Zero

I can draw, but I do best when I really get inspired, can you maybe post a list of all the things you're looking for and people can just cherrypick the ones they think they can do kick ass gloriously?

I'm not sure if I would do a "traditional fairy" much justice.

Ok, a "traditional fairy w/chainsaw" but in what style?

It could be realistic shoop, cartoon/comic book, abstract, pictogram/icon, ornate, simple....

Other useful information:
     • a synopsis of the context for this art
     • even very approximate dimensions
     • what substrate(s) it will be viewed with
     • what expression is the fairy making
     • what gesture is being made with the chainsaw?

Anything I'm looking for will need to be black and white, line art style.

it would be going on this: http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/289/chainsawmurderers.png

larger=better, 300px tall min.

Expression and body language should be neutral to pleasant, chainsaw should be held like a fairy wand.

Just so we have something to work off of, I bring you a shitty sketch in Illustrator:

Thanks.

Fairies traditionally have stumpy cankles instead of feet, see.

Alright, second request:

Man sitting hunched over at a desk, typing. Either silhouette or line art works. Side view, as large as reasonable. I've been going through the open clip art sites and I haven't found anything yet that will work in the space I need it. I'll post the rest of the image it will be incorporated into if that helps.

lol, that's awesome  :lulz:

Thanks.

You don't need to credit me if you use it, but I would like to see it in action.

he'll be down in the corner, about to get decapitated my the scissors. The words that go with it are Supplication of Morale, from Audiobook of the Dead.
