This was actually filed, in a court of law, in the United States.

Well, barely, it IS Alaska, but, still...

The document doesn't only say that Obama can't be President due to race, but also that he can't be a citizen of the US because of his race. It extends that black and "mulatto" people have no citzienship rights. Holy Jim Crow, Batman!
