I always figured that the inner solar system ended at the asteroid belt- whats the rationale for having it as part of ganymedes orbit? Also it will be interesting to see if in the future when we have a better idea of where the solar system ends if we start referring to the region between the asteroid belt and the kuiper belt as the mid-solar system.

BIG REMINDER that the transit of venus starts in a couple hours. Should be crossing the boundary of the corona at 1704 EDT in North America, with the first section of the transit visible from east to west coast until sunset. The entire transit is viewable from Hawai'i, Eastern Australia and East Asia. Those of you in Europe can see the last section of the Eclipse after sunrise, whatever that is in your time.

If it's too cloudy to see it in person, or if you don't have appropriate eyewear, you can catch it on camera here: http://events.slooh.com/

It's bumming me out that I can't get that first link to load...maybe later today.

The second one is fascinating, and I also wonder if there's any connection with the fact that I often wake up understanding math problems that I was struggling with when I went to bed.

Re: first link: Try googling "Shouryya Ray".

Sweet, thanks!

i do remember when we first got electricity in the 40's | i country boy shure
could smell it : i do not remember for | i mean remember how long it took to
rewire my senses so i no longer smell the "ELECTRON" maybe just weeks?

My guess is he was in his liquide form {shape shifted) when that took place
as far as ICE i donno. i poise on a capacitors plate? the again i donno. She
