Have you perhaps tried an actual realty company as opposed to Craigslist?

I mean, sure there's a fee, but they'll at least have valid listings.

Yeah im in contact with two. But that was looking for the two-three bedroom. Going to have to tell them to switch to looking for a roommate situation.

Thanks! I'm on my way back there now to drop off the deposit and pick up the key and tell her I'm moving in Monday. Now I just have to make sure the band van is free on Monday.  :lulz:

My landladys awesome. Shes a little old latina named carmen. She said im a very nice man. I got the keys now too. Move in is pushed until thurs but im ok with that.
