I liked how they introduced her, like "her mother died in an insane asylum thinking she was Queen Victoria" and my thought was, I like where I think this is going. I was not disappointed.

If I've seen all of AbFab, the LEAST the UK can get is All In the Family and The Jeffersons! Classic American television. Of course, Archie Bunker is the quintessential Teabagger by today's standards, but shit, 40 years ago he was hysterical (and they also took it as comedy.)

I'm pretty sure that American television has ripped off more BBC shows than it should have. Fortunately, the BBC has always done it better. I remember when they tried, TRIED, to get AbFab on primetime network TV, not just Comedy Central. Yeah, that didn't go over well. Apparently mainstream America just isn't ready for that level of sex, drugs, and fabulous.
