Meh. I rarely engage him or post in his threads. I hate the guy on a personal level, which is uncommon for me on the internet, and yet I avoid him as opposed to shitting on him every time I feel like it. ECH hasn't banned him, there have been a few shit-fests, largely of his own making, but I don't understand what you mean by "over the top".
