Most places round here let people go at mid-day.

Many shops (selling booze) actually queued out the door.

This is the happiest I have ever seen this town.

Don't get me wrong:  She was a genuinely insane person who thought that AIDS victims should be put into camps, but her evil was REALLY REALLY HUGE, and all I have left now are small assholes like Eric Cantor.

It's almost surreal.

What can I expect tomorrow atmosphere-wise? I'd like this to last the week but I get the feeling that the joy glands will have recovered by tomorrow.

And I have, the monsters of today are youtube voicedubed remixed to all kinds of petty non-hilarity. Even Bush never captured the outright "Fuck you" of Daddy.

I like my villains larger than life.  I like them to be outright Evil, with a capital E.  Now all I have is simpering little shitnecks from New York and Virginia, who neither keep a straight face nor have the GUTS to laugh evilly, in the style of Jeremy Irons.
