The Good Reverend Roger

I am a "hate group".  Not like the Aryan Nation, of course, or the KKK.  No, theirs is a puny hate, a weak dribble of diarrhea that isn't even worth talking about.  They hate subsets of humanity, based on bad information.  I, on the other hand, hate ALL humans, and I do so for very real, concrete reasons.

I am a terrorist organization.  Not like Al Qaeda or the IRA.  They use terror as a means to an end.  For me, terror is its own reward.  It is the end towards which its means work.  People should be scared, because a safe human is a dumb human.  Problem is, with no real fears to work with, people generate weird things to be afraid of (flouride, etc), and this makes them even dumber than a feeling of security can accomplish.

I am anti-American.  Not because I hate your freedoms or whatever the soundbite of the week is, but because the United States is the biggest disappointment in the history of mankind.  Instead of being free, we became SAFE, so we became DUMB, then started MAKING UP THREATS.  See above.  Fuck America, right in it's collective sinus cavities.  Nor can I support any nation that even suggests a pledge of allegiance.  I'm either loyal to begin with, in which case SHUT UP ALREADY, or I'm not, in which cases a pledge has no meaning.

I am - at best - disinterested in your Cause.  In fact, I'm probably opposed to it, unless it involves letting people decide things for themselves.  I am only FOR it if it more or less FORCES people to make their own decisions.  I may support the IDEAS of your Cause, but the Cause as a movement can go jump off a fucking cliff.

I am not interested in your excuses for your petty hates, your failure to try, your endless "special pleading" and general whimpering about how the universe isn't set up for your convenience, and how you should be compensated for that.  Nor do I give a shit how much you want me to care, how much you hate me for not caring, or what a patriarchal/establishment/whatever stooge you think I may be because I didn't jump on the bus with the other hippies.

Perhaps, though, my greatest crime is that I don't care about your Fear, your pants-shitting manufactured and hysterical anxieties.  Your fear is not an excuse for anything.  Your fear is not a license to do the exact same shit that you're afraid of others doing.  Your fear is not an excuse for withdrawing from a situation in which someone may have committed the cardinal offense of disagreeing with your agenda.  Your fear exists only in your own head, and has no bearing on anyone else.

Or Kill Me.

Fucking yes! Fuck the timid! Fuck them all to hell

I feel sorry for them and despise and fuck with them at the same time. This confuses the hell out of my (admittedly wonky) moral compass so I'd much rather they were just gone :argh!:

I've no doubt missed many of your recent rants, Roger... but this one is speaking to me very loudly today.  I am glad our world has you.
