on the medicine cabnet next to my bed {in arms reach | WHERE
i can see the Rx. as i remember i took the cotton out. so it
rattles if i shake it| whiTch i just did, USually i never touch the
stuff, just look at it to REMind myself that what i did to lower
mine below the Hi Line was reduce sodium intake. it turns out
i was on a very high salt diet, lots of canned soup, beans etc
all reaally high in sodium so i stopped buying that, its hard for
me now to find what to buy in the store, i pick up stuff at
random & look on the back for no NA, seldom find any.
i did make up a list | U no vegies | but its mostly no sodium
tofu & Zuccini What bugs me, besides the bugs is I
ca not see that Lo NA is ny better than Hi. Foo on it .. yes
i will remain on the Lo diet, mostly 'cause there is a free BP
tester at the Stadium freddies | whiTch was out of order
one day last week?/? but is back in order 114/76 got it?

What I still don't understand about the blood pressure thing is, if my blood pressure is too high, won't letting some out help?

...If you've got any supermarkets that sell dandelion greens, or know of safe places to pick them, they are a fairly good diuretic. 
Personally I'd get some gub'mint pills though-I hope you can do that.

My inclination is to say that epigenetics is a lot of bunk. It feels like a pretend science for statisticians to me. I mean fuck one of the first things you learn in high school biology is that you dont inherit bloody experiences. What mechanism allows for it?

My inclination is to say that epigenetics is a lot of bunk. It feels like a pretend science for statisticians to me. I mean fuck one of the first things you learn in high school biology is that you dont inherit bloody experiences. What mechanism allows for it?

I can't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p on anything less than a top of the range television.  On those, however, the difference is really noticeable.  Night and day difference in image clarity.

I was on the hydrochlorothiazide last year before my surgery to get my BP down to acceptable levels... it worked, but then I ran out and I have no insurance and no money to see the doc, so I'm waiting for Obamacare to kick in.

In the meantime though, yeah, what you're saying about the low sodium diet is probably going to be the thing to do. That and no alcohol. Luckily it's summer, and in the summer it's easy to just eat a lot of fruit and veggies. It'll help with the waistline anyway.

Thanks for the reminder about the free blood pressure checker... there's one at school, too. I should use it.

Well- switched to terminator 2 and put it in high def. Dont see a difference. What i know is that either way the image is sharper than the tv i havent used in at least 5 years.
