I try not to foist interpretations on people, but totally don't mind answering any questions!

The sigil is actually one that GM made in an attempt to save the Invisibles from cancellation. He published it in the letters column and gave a brief intro to his pop magick. In my headcanon GM's disinfo performance was kind of the cherry on top of the invisibles hypersigil, the scream in particular being a peak moment...

Thanks! and actually just traditional animation. Though I stole the dance moves from an old Archie cartoon.
