Nope.  Exceptions are a group thing.  If he really wants his account deleted, then there's two things that have to be understood.

1.  He has to ask ECH via PM, who will then throw the question to the mod team via PM, or just deny it outright.

2.  All IP addresses he has posted from will be banned.  If he's leaving, he's leaving.

One might consider merely "walking away", but unfortunately, PD.com is a form of Tucson.  People leave, sometimes for years, but they always, always come back.  Except Iason, but he's just a few radioactive particles in the stratosphere, along with half the "city" he lived in.

No, here we know that the busses are on time, even if you don't want to know where they go or who is driving.  Here we know that the cops are always around when you need them, it's just that they don't DO anything when you scream for help.  They just grin past the powdered sugar on their faces and munch happily on their donuts while they watch. 

Here we know the ambulance will always come, no matter what, but they will be too late because of the rubber-necking snowbirds blocking the road.
