I do not know. I guess, these are my guesses:
.1 the diameter of Earth is not a constant.
a. it has increased almost every orbit{24e7) Since t=0 {20-17 ORbs
b: my 2015 guess was at a rate of 2.7Kft / orb avg  OR *20=5.43e4
c? Leaving an Earth diameter of " 7,926.41 miles"    4.2e7
d# My other guess was at 20{ORbs)  it doubled  2.1 to 4.2 {e7
