So, basically, this guy was in the process of making some oversimplified blanket statements about trolls and how to respond to trolling, when he realized that like all other forms of human interaction, trolling is complex and multidimensional and has no simple, dualistic quandaries that can be easily answered with trite aphorisms.

Good for him!
