Optimal Fuel Mix for Biological Vehicles

The simple facts are food just fucking bores me. It's a lot of hassle having to decide on something to eat, go procure the ingredients and then spend hours mixing it all up into shit you can swallow. It's even more of a hassle when you really don't give a fuck about the whole process. Now and again I like a nice meal but, day to day, I can't be fucked even thinking about it.

I'm a bit jealous, in that I'd be a lot healthier.  Then again, I really like cooking, so I'd be missing out on that.

If you really don't care about food, then I suggest coming up with 5-7 meals that are simple enough to prepare but varied enough in total content, then just buy that every week and make it.  So Monday is chicken, Tuesday fish, Wednesday whole grain rice, Thursday pork, Friday pasta, Saturday go out to eat, Sunday beef.  Have 3 or 4 different kinds of vegatbles to go with it so you can vary it up, and you can stop thinking about what to buy or make, you've already got that planned.

I call it "Rhino Fighter" because every time I consume it I feel like fistfighting a rhinoceros.

Add to blender:
1 can fruit-flavored energy drink
2 scoops powdered protein shake mix
1 raw egg
1 cup OJ
1 cup almond milk
2ish shots vodka or light rum
Some ice

Blend until smooth. Chug half now, save half for lunch. Attain your final form.

Funnily enough, I actually do like cooking but once or twice every week or so is plenty. Your idea about the 5-7 meals thing is solid. I'll work on something along those lines.
